R.O.T.G. Return & Exchange Policy:
1. OVERVIEW
At Revenge of the Geek, each garment is treated as a one-of-one archival piece — a physical expression of art, individuality, and storytelling. Because of the handcrafted and collectible nature of our garments, we do not offer returns. However, we provide a limited exchange policy on eligible items as outlined below.
2. FINAL SALE ITEMS (ONE-OF-ONE PIECES)
All one-of-one items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, including issues of sizing or preference. This includes:
• Hand-altered garments marked “One-of-One” or “Exhibit”
• Custom, commissioned, or artist-altered pieces
• Sale items or special archive releases
We encourage you to review product images, sizing notes, and descriptions carefully. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, contact us at support@revengeofthegeek.com.
3. EXCHANGE-ONLY POLICY (CORE PIECES)
You may request an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery for eligible core collection items.
To qualify for an exchange:
• Item must be from the core line (not marked “One-of-One” or “Exhibit”)
• Must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached
• Must be returned in original packaging with no signs of wear or use
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
