Order

Can I return an item I purchased?

No. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All one-of-one pieces are final sale.

Can I exchange a piece if it doesn’t fit?

Yes — but only for core collection pieces, and only within 14 days.

One-of-one pieces are not eligible for exchange. To request an exchange, email us at support@revengeofthegeek.com

What counts as a “core” piece?

Core pieces are part of our limited capsule releases with small size runs.

They are not labeled “One-of-One” or “Exhibit.”

Who pays for shipping if I exchange something?

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Do you accept international exchanges?

Yes, but return shipping and customs duties are your responsibility.

Exchange availability may vary depending on inventory and your location.

Why are One-of-One pieces final sale?

Each one is an archival garment — individually altered, never to be repeated.

This policy protects the integrity of the work and ensures that each exhibit remains untouched once acquired.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and shipped from our Toronto studio through Stallion Express, our global logistics partner.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to over 200 countries using Stallion’s international network (USPS, DHL, Asendia, and other carriers).

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our studio.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing takes 1–3 business days, then delivery estimates are:

  • Canada: 2–5 business days
  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs)
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Some international shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These are determined by local authorities, not by Revenge of the Geek.

What’s your return and exchange policy?
  • Core Collection items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for another size or core item of equal value.
  • One-of-One Archive pieces are final sale.

To start an exchange, contact support@revengeofthegeek.com with your order number. You’ll receive a pre-paid return label and instructions for sending the item back.

Once received and approved, your replacement item ships out immediately.

Do you offer refunds or store credit?

We do not offer refunds or store credit. Exchanges only — no exceptions.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from Toronto, Canada using Stallion Express.

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Canada: 2–5 business days
  • USA: 3–6 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.

We ship worldwide and all parcels are fully tracked.


Exchanges Only

Core pieces may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a different size or another eligible item.

All One-of-One Archive pieces are final sale.

International Orders

We ship to over 200 countries.

Import duties or taxes (if applicable) are determined by your country’s customs agency. In most cases, duties are prepaid at checkout to ensure a seamless delivery experience with no surprises at your door.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the unique nature of our pieces:

  • One-of-One Archive items are Final Sale.
  • Core Collection items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a different size or another core piece of equal value.

We’ve made exchanges easier through Stallion Express’ return label system:

  1. Submit your exchange request through our [Exchange Portal] (or “Contact Us” page).
  2. You’ll receive a pre-paid return label via email.
  3. Once your item arrives and passes inspection, your exchange ships out immediately.

We do not issue refunds — only exchanges or store credit where applicable.Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
