You may request an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery for eligible core collection items.
To qualify for an exchange:
• Item must be from the core line (not marked “One-of-One” or “Exhibit”)
• Must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached
• Must be returned in original packaging with no signs of wear or use
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

with the following:
• Order number
• Item you wish to exchange
• Reason for exchange
• Desired replacement (size or alternate core item)
Our team will respond within 48 hours with eligibility confirmation and return instructions.
